Culture, not fuselage
The first rule of the squadron: Wingdogs belongs to the people around simulated flight, not to any aircraft or platform.
The first decision was a boundary. Wingdogs would not be another aircraft catalogue, squadron replica or collection of borrowed insignia. The interesting material was already on our desks: repeated approaches, cramped checklists, strange vocabulary and the ritual of trying one more time.
That makes the subject culture, not fuselage. A carrier pilot, a bush flyer and someone learning their first circuit may fly different machines, but they recognise the same urge to prepare, attempt, debrief and go again.
This boundary guides everything the squadron makes. If an idea only works because it copies a real unit or leans on an aircraft silhouette, it is not ours. If it says something true about the people flying desks, it has a place here.
